SALES TAX-All orders shipped to California are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
SHIPPING & HANDLING-Shipping charges quoted are for ground shipments to the contiguous United States. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are extra. Shipping charges on multiple items will be combined when possible. Second Day and Next Day air is available on an order by order basis. Please indicate shipment requirements and we will provide a special shipping quote. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
ORDERS-Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom made and out of stock items may take longer. Customer will be notified if any out of stock item will not ship within thirty days.
RETURN POLICY-We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price. To receive a refund, all items returned must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and stickers attached, and in its original box. All returns must be made within 15 days & must have a Return Authorization. Return of non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Please contact our Customer service department if you want to return any merchandise.
DAMAGED GOODS-All claims for damaged goods must be reported within 7 days. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge. We will provide a call tag for the return of damaged merchandise. Please keep all original packing material and boxes.
